Re: Public Information Request — Dispatch Records and Call Logs
Dear Public Information Officer / Records Custodian:
Under the Texas Public Information Act (Texas Government Code, Chapter 552), I am requesting copies of the following records:
1. Dispatch call made on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at approximately 4:06 PM:
- Audio recording of my call to dispatch (if any — non-emergency number)
- Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) record/incident report
- Any notes or documentation regarding my request to notify the Sheriff about escalating retaliation in the Colorado County Jail
- Any follow-up actions taken, including whether the Sheriff was notified
- Any incident reports or documentation generated as a result of this call
2. Dispatch call made on January 19, 2026, at approximately 10:23 PM:
- Audio recording of my call to dispatch (if any — non-emergency number)
- Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) record/incident report
- Any notes or documentation regarding my request for EMS to conduct a medical check on ████████████████ at the Colorado County Jail
- EMS dispatch records and response documentation
- Any reports from EMS regarding the welfare check
- Any follow-up actions taken or reports generated
