Sounds about right… ScumbagsI urge everybody to read every document thoroughly. Make sure you comprehend what you’re reading. If not, you could be tripped up just like Investigator Hunt and Investigator Riden tried to trip me up. On Saturday they searched my house and took my cell phones. They came back the next day with what they called a judge’s order claiming it ordered me to hand over my passcodes. I’ve got it on recording. Threatened me with contempt of court charges if I didn’t give my passcodes up. 😂🤬 I had enough knowledge of the Fourth and Fifth Amendment to know a judge cannot order me to give my passcode. There is case law around biometrics, that’s a different conversation. But my passcode? No. What I know stays with me. Courts have ruled REPEATEDLY on this issue. I read that warrant. I went back outside and read it again. I called my attorney. My attorney confirmed it does not say that. What it actually is, is an order for biometrics. That’s it. I’m calling it what it is, a fake order used to intimidate and coerce me. After I told them no repeatedly, they kept coming. Even after they knew I was actively on the phone with my attorney, they continued to threaten me. Let me ask you something. Doesn’t threatening criminal charges to force someone to waive their Fifth Amendment rights constitute coercion? Isn’t that abuse of power? And continuing to pressure me while knowing I had an attorney on the phone, does that not violate my Sixth Amendment right to counsel? AND THEN, imagine my surprise when on one of their attempts, they told me the District Attorney of Brazoria County, Tom Selleck, personally told them to deliver a message: “give up your passcodes or there will be a warrant Monday morning for tampering with evidence.” They threatened to charge me with tampering with evidence for exercising my constitutionally protected Fifth Amendment right to not give them my passcode. That IS the coercion. That IS the abuse of power. The DA of Brazoria County. On a Saturday, The Saturday before Mother’s Day. Taking a special personal interest in these PETTY and BOGUS charges the BCSO is trying to pin on me? Did he though? I doubt it. I did exactly what my attorney told me to do. I stood on my rights. And I have every bit of it on record. I have the warrant. I have the recording. I have receipts. Video and what I am calling a “fake order” is below. Hear them violate my constitutional rights, for yourself. Share share share share, tag, tag, tag,and tag!!!!! #SunniWithReceipts #ShieldAndVoice #BrazoriaCounty #KnowYourRights
