This is analogous to how ONE TOXIC City employee can do so much damage. Trust is like a 10,000-gallon water tank. You can spend years filling it with clean water — honesty, good work, good intentions. But it only takes a single drop of poison to make everyone question the whole tank. That’s the cruel math of integrity: Purity is built slowly. Contamination happens instantly.
